COUNTER-COUP COUNTDOWN: Comey Is Worried…And He Should Be

I think it’s clear to most Americans that Mr. Comey is is not and never was a law enforcement professional. He’s just a hack politician. It doesn’t give me any joy to say that I think he’s worried — and he should be —- that Mr. Barr and the inspector general are going to look further into the genesis of the investigation of the Trump campaign and the investigation of the Clinton campaign. And I think they’re going to find that all roads lead to Mr. Comey. Why he did what he did. I don’t know. But he it is breathtaking to the extent that he has hurt the FBI which is the premier law enforcement agency in all of human history and which we need to work hard toward getting their their reputation back. Thanks to Mr. Comey’s tarnishing of that agency.

I think I’ll all roads lead back to Mr. Comey Mr. Comey is he’s not the only one up here in Washington. But he’s part of the Washington insider political elite. They think they’re smarter than the American people. They think they’re more virtuous than the American people. They didn’t think the American people in 2016 were smart enough to pick a president. So Mr. Comey and others tried to put their thumbs on the scale and and and he’s heard a lot of people and he’s heard a lot of important institutions to our system of government and the process. And I think Mr. Comey is lashing out now because he knows what’s coming.
SEAN HANNITY: Joining us now, Freedom Caucus, chairman, Mark Meadows, Ohio, Congressman Jim Jordan, and I got to give credit to both of them and the entire freedom caucus, including Doug Collins. It was your questioning that nobody knew about behind closed doors. That got us a lot more information and I can’t wait to see the other 53 closed door interviews that are coming. Good to see you both Marc Meadows. Um, it’s now beginning to unravel the attorney general. It’s over Mueller’s dead. It’s finished. They can cling as tightly as they want to to their sinking ship and their conspiracy theory. But what is coming is FISA abuse the Pfizer applications, the rigged investigation into Hillary, the attempt to bludgeon and undo an election. The attempts to steal an election all now under the purview of the attorney general and others. Where are we going with this?
REP. MARK MEADOWS: Well, I think in the coming days and, and, and by days I mean just a few days, you will start to see a lot of this unravel. But as it unravels, part of why you’re seeing Jerry Nadler and others go crazy is because they know that the truth is coming out and a for as passionate as they were today. And my good friend Jim Jordan did a great job in, in that committee hearing, uh, but as passionate as they were today, they haven’t been passionate when we’ve been in the privacy of those rooms asking those questions like Jim and I and others have a, they won’t even look at the documents because they don’t want to know the truth. And, and director Comey, he has his day of reckoning too. You know, he says they investigate. We also know that they criminally leaked as well. And so, uh, it, it’s time for accountability.
