Radical NJ Assembly Passes Bill To Allow Illegal Aliens To Get Professional Business Licenses

New Jersey Democratic Governor Phil Murphy has said he will sign a bill that was passed in the State Assembly on Thursday that will allow illegal aliens to obtain professional and occupational licenses in the state, raising concerns in regards to the supply of jobs during a pandemic.

This is just another Democrat nail in the citizenship coffin, and a way for Democrats in New Jersey to allow illegal aliens to vote in the November election.  It’s no different from states that allow illegal aliens to get a driver’s license.  It’s all to legitimize their illegally being here, which, trust me, is being done to help them vote against Donald Trump.

Approved by the State Assembly, the bill would instantly take effect if signed by Murphy. The State Senate passed the bill last week. It will maintain all other requirements for licenses however enable immigrants to obtain them regardless of breaking our laws by even being here, NorthJersey.com reported.

Alyana Alfaro, a spokesperson for Murphy, told the news outlet the governor “believes that immigrants are a critical part of the fabric of life in New Jersey, and that they should not face unnecessary barriers as they seek to participate in our society and economy.”

BUT they are NOT immigrants!  They are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!  For the love of all that is holy, why do Democrats constantly conflate the two?  One is extremely different from the other. One is legal and welcome here.  The other is a lawbreaker who should be deported, not rewarded with insane laws that legitimize their illegality.

The bill will act as a beacon for illegal aliens to enter into a number of professions, jobs like accountants, cosmetologists and pharmacists.  It wasn’t bad enough that they took jobs away from working poor American citizens, now the Democrats want illegal aliens to take over professional jobs as well.

This is unconscionable, and a slap in the face of not only American citizens, but especially against immigrants who have come through the legal and proper way.  The Democrats are rewarding lawbreaking, and no amount of their bullschtein can change that fact.

It came at a time when Americans faced heightened unemployment and economic turmoil resulting from CV-19-related restrictions. The problem arose after two New Jersey gym owners stood up to draconian authorities by knocking down a barricade that blocked the entrance to their business.  The incident, gym owner Ian Smith said, confirmed the “lengths we have to go to just to make a living for our families.”

The invoice may have wideranging implications for the state’s economic system.  In June, New Jersey counties experienced unemployment rates going from 12 percent to as much as 34.3 percent in Atlantic City.  So, how exactly is allowing illegal aliens to get business licenses going to help alleviate that?

The Federation for Immigration Reform supports even more restrictions, has argued that the bill will cost American jobs.  You are a complete moron if you disagree with that.  Democrats have shown they don’t care how much they harm their own constituents, so long as they defeat Donald Trump.

“Allowing those in the country illegally to get occupational or professional licenses takes jobs away from American citizens and legal immigrants,” said FAIR State and Local Engagement Director Shari Randall.

“Already there are more than 1.3 million unemployed individuals in New Jersey who are suffering as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns. Providing occupational and/or professional licenses to those in the country illegally will only incentivize more illegal immigration. With high unemployment, the legislative focus should have been targeted to unemployed citizens and legal immigrants in New Jersey who desperately need to go back to work, instead of encouraging more illegal immigration.”

She added that the bill goes again to federal law. “Under 8 U.S.C. § 1621 illegal aliens are precluded from receiving commercial and professional licenses. Illegal aliens have no legal right to remain in the United States and are prohibited from being employed,” she mentioned.
