The embattled Chinese Communist Party has been beaten back by the Trump administration over the last year. Trump has accused the CCP of spying on Americans via their technology corporations, and has directed Secretary of State, Michael Pompeo, to stand up for America’s interests. This is something that the CCP is neither used to nor happy about.

Pompeo has built a coalition to dismantle the CCP’s bid for dominance and control of technology across the globe. Thanks to previous administrations allowing our medical supply chain to be outsourced to China, America is vulnerable to China leveraging their control over our access to medicine.

With Trump coming down hard on the Chinese company Huawei, the CCP is retaliating by threatening to take away American’s access to medicine, if Trump does not back off.

The Chinese are showing Americans why bringing medical manufacturing back to the States is a national security concern. China’s willingness to play dirty & flaunting their dominance in our drug markets, only underlines the importance of bringing these vital industries home.

The Epoch Times reported about Trump restoring Drug manufacturing in America, “the U.S.–China trade war and the COVID-19 pandemic have forced companies to reduce their excessive dependence on China as a single supplier.

U.S. brands have started to explore sourcing options closer to home, with Latin and South America gaining significant traction in recent months, according to a survey by Qima, a Hong Kong-based supply chain inspection company.”

Huawei is allegedly the foundation of the Communist Party’s surveillance state

The Washington Examiner reported,”China may restrict American access to medical supplies in retaliation for intensifying U.S. regulations on Huawei, according to a prominent economist and Chinese Communist Party adviser.”

For vitamins and antibiotics, more than 90% of their raw materials are produced in China,” Tsinghua University finance professor Li Daokui said in response to new regulations targeting the flagship telecommunications company. “The U.S. will definitely not be able to produce them in the short term.”

Disrupting the Chinese economy is equivalent to picking a fight with the Chinese people on the food issue,” Li said, according to the South China Morning Post. “China can then pick a fight with the U.S. on the supply of medicines, right?

Li is a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee, billed by the Chinese government as “an organization of the patriotic united front of the Chinese people.” The United Front is tasked chiefly with “the management of potential opposition groups inside China, but it also has an important foreign influence mission, according to congressional security analysts.”

What the CCP is unhappy about the most is the disruption to their plans for massive technology dominance, over global citizens.

Trump and Pompeo have built a coalition of nations who have agreed to work with the Trump administration, called the “Clean Network”, so Huawei is on the attack:

It is Trump’s “Clean Network” v. Huawei , with a campaign to discredit the Administration, and to reclaim their powerful position in the world.
