Donald Trump Nominated For the Nobel Peace Prize After News of Israel-UAE Peace Deal

Believe it or not, President Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for helping broker a peace deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to a report.

Christian Tybring-Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament and chairman of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly is the one who submitted the nomination, Fox News reported.

“For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees,” Tybring-Gjedde told Fox News.

This story of peace between the UAE and Israel is one of the biggest stories of decades, and the majority of mainstream news outlets have barely talked about it, if at all.  It’s amazing how our news media is so hateful of Donald Trump that they will not report on something as important as Middle East peace.

UAE, Israel peace accord

In the letter to the Nobel Committee, Tybring-Gjedde wrote that the Trump administration has played a key role in the establishment of relations between the two Middle East nations.

“As it is expected other Middle Eastern countries will follow in the footsteps of the UAE, this agreement could be a game-changer that will turn the Middle East into a region of cooperation and prosperity,” he wrote.

Tybring-Gjedde additionally cited Trump’s “key role in facilitating contact between conflicting parties and … creating new dynamics in other protracted conflicts, such as the Kashmir border dispute between India and Pakistan, and the conflict between North and South Korea, as well as dealing with the nuclear capabilities of North Korea.”

And he celebrated the president for withdrawing troops from the Middle East.  This president is not for long and never-ending wars.

“Indeed, Trump has broken a 39-year-old streak of American Presidents either starting a war or bringing the United States into an international armed conflict. The last president to avoid doing so was Peace Prize laureate Jimmy Carter,” he wrote.

The president last month made the announcement of the historic peace agreement that could pave the way for full normalization of relations between Israel and the UAE.

If this agreement is achieved, the UAE will become the 3rd Arab nation, following Egypt and Jordan, to have full diplomatic ties with the Jewish state.  And it’s about time.  The Jewish state has more than proven itself to be a reliable partner for peace and prosperity.  Israel defends itself and respects the sovereignty of other nation states.  The Jewish state has also proven to be a lucrative partner for other countries who work with them in various industries.

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner helped orchestrate the deal.  Kushner is married to Trump’s daughter Ivanka.  Both practice Orthodox Judaism and they are raising Trump’s grandchildren as Orthodox Jews. After moving the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, something every president of my lifetime has promised to do, but only Trump had the guts to do it, and after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyau said Trump was the greatest friend to Israel, our Fake News media still calls Trump an anti-Semite.

Since the possibility of the agreement was made public, Israel has communicated that it is willing to explore business opportunities with the UAE, particularly in the range of commercial space and high tech.  Israel has an impressive high tech sector.

Trump was recommended for the Nobel in the past as a response to his reaching out and subsequent negotiations with North Korea.

The president additionally has grumbled about the prize, noting that his predecessor, Barack Obama, had won it, even though they gave it to him before he actually did anything.  And then Obama, who talked about ending the endless wars, instead led the nation in wars.

“They gave it to Obama. He didn’t even know what he got it for. He was there for about 15 seconds and he got the Nobel Prize. He said, ‘Oh, what did I get it for?’” Trump said in February 2019. “With me, I probably will never get it.”

Tybring-Gjedde additionally submitted a Nobel nomination for Trump along with another Norwegian official in 2018 after the president’s Singapore summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

According to the Nobel website, there are 318 candidates for the 2020 Peace Prize. The winner of the prize for 2021 will not be introduced until October of 2021.

I’ll just come out and say it.  There is no way on Lucifer’s black beach that the liberal Nobel committee will award Donald Trump the Peace Prize.  He could negotiate world peace forever and they would still never consider him.
