AG Barr Says Stay-At-Home Orders “Greatest Intrusion on Civil Liberties in American History” Other Than Slavery [Video] [Opinion]
The contrast between former Attorney Generals Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch to current AG Bill Barr is profound to me.
As with Barak Obama, the former both infused race into their powerful position as the top law enforcement official in the US.
All three proponents of social justice warrior theories, such as white American’s “unconscious bias” issues, lead to many decisions dividing our nation along, race, economic status, and religious lines.
Many of the lawsuits brought by their Department Of Justice, lost at the Supreme Court and DACA will probably be the next one to fall in the next round of decisions.
Attorney General Barr on the other hand stays close to the letter of the law and it’s deference to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Not allowing emotionalism to fog up the windows of justice, his statement and actions infuriate the new Marxist democratic party who prefers majority rule and the need to re-interpret the Constitution as a living document.
Thus, the idea that state governors and mayors demanded their constituents forgo their constitutional rights and freedoms, in order to prevent a few unhealthy people from possibly dying from a virus, is absurd and dangerous to Barr and perfectly logical to leftists like Obama and Holder.
The US Attorney General spoke Wednesday at a Constitution Day event sponsored by Hillsdale College.
Barr rocked DC, by stating; Other than slavery, The coronavirus stay-at-home orders are the “greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.”
He also said the lockdown orders are like ‘house arrest.’
“Most of the governors do what bureaucrats always do, which is they … defy common sense,”

“They treat free citizens as babies that can’t take responsibility for themselves and others.”
“We have to give business people an opportunity, tell them what the rules are you know the masks, which rule of masks, you had this month…and then let them try to adapt their business to that and you’ll have ingenuity and people will at least have the freedom to try to earn a living,” he added.
Barr then called out rogue DOJ prosecutors leftover from the Obama administration.
“Name one successful organization or institution where the lowest level employees’ decisions are deemed sacrosanct, there aren’t. There aren’t any letting the most junior members set the agenda,” Barr said.

“It might be a good philosophy for a Montessori preschool, but it is no way to run a federal agency,” the attorney general added.
Barr also took a swipe at Mueller and the corrupt Obama Administration with the inference that the attorneys assigned to present their case, were still making up their arguments for their illegal actions, while in front of the court.
President Trump’s choices of Mike Pence, as his VP, Steven Miller, as a Senior Advisor to the President, and Bill Barr, as the new AG, were all brilliant and are making profound differences for American law and order.
With a Trump re-election and the GOP taking control of the US House while maintaining the Senate, the next four years will I believe for the record books, get ready Comey.
