[WATCH] CNN’s Tapper CONFRONTS Biden Campaign: “Nothing Unconstitutional About What The Senate Is Doing”

Wow! Who else is stunned at CNN (for once) reporting the truth? Jake Tapper recently confronted Biden staffer Kate Bedingfield for trying to put polling data and opinion above the Constitution.

WATCH:

It’s astounding that the closer we get to the election the more stories we hear of Democrats behaving so uncharacteristically (meaning, actually following established law and order). The far-left radicals embodied in the persona of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, and The Squad are pushing so hard to get back into power that they’re grossly overplaying their hands. And it seems that even some of the most determined opponents of the president are beginning to get fed up with the ridiculous claims being pushed on the American public.

Tapper tried on Sunday to get the Biden deputy campaign manager, Kate Bedington,  to answer whether or not the former VP plans to “pack” the Supreme Court with far-left radicals. She never would give him a straight answer. It’s the same drill all over again. The question has been dodged repeatedly during interviews and even during the debates.

You can like it or dislike it, but the President is the President until his successor is inaugurated. The same goes for the Senate. They don’t give up their powers and responsibilities at some unofficial start of “election season”.

Bedingfield’s claims that President Trump’s and the Republican-controlled Senate to nominate and seat Judge Amy Coney Barrett ahead of the November 3rd election being unconstitutional were flatly dismissed by Tapper as well.

Bedingfield:

“His point is that the people have an opportunity to weigh in on this constitutional process through their vote. And we are now in the midst of the election. Millions of people have already cast their votes. And you see that the vast majority of people say that they want the person who wins the election on November 3 to nominate the justice to take this seat.”

Tapper:

“That’s a poll. That’s not the Constitution.”

Bedingfield:

“So, by trying to — by trying to — that is their constitutional — there’s the constitutional process of advise and consent. The American people get to have their say by voting for president, by voting for senators. We are now 23 days from the election.”

Tapper:

“Right, but it’s not unconstitutional.”

Tapper gave Bedingfield another constitutional lesson when she then claimed that millions of “voters are being denied their constitutional right to have a say in this process!”

They elected the Senate,” Tapper told her.

Bedingfield responded by claiming “most Americans vehemently disagree” with confirming Barrett prior to the election.

Tapper fired back yet again:

“Again, Kate, that’s a poll! That’s not what the word constitutional means. Constitutional doesn’t mean, I like it or I don’t like it. It means it’s according to the U.S. Constitution. There’s nothing unconstitutional about what the U.S. Senate is doing.”

The Democrats’ stonewalling on these important issues creates flashbacks to the day Nancy Pelosi pushed the vote through for what became known as Obamacare.

Does what the Biden campaign is doing seem a little too familiar? Biden and Harris are repeatedly dodging the direct questions for which we all deserve answers. Are they planning to pack the Supreme Court? What about the Green New Deal? Will oil fracking be shut down? Will they continue to push the pseudo-science hoax of global warming?  Is the legislative filibuster targeted for elimination? These are at the top of the heap of important issues over which they want to keep us in the dark.

If you ask me, they’ve gotten away with the lies and hypocrisy for far too many years. It’s a different world than even what was available ten years ago. Factoring in the instant access we have to information via social media platforms, the internet, and smartphones, it’s a lot harder for them to hide their lies. What was once a seemingly innocent Freudian Slip or faux pas that could be tweaked by complicit reporters now goes viral nearly instantaneously. It’s now possible for us to watch them in real-time as they lie, lie, and lie some more, deflecting and redirecting our attention with groundless accusations and gaslighting galore.
