NYT Credibility Destroyed Once & For All After Their ‘Anonymous Source’ For Infamous ‘Senior’ Official Revealed To Be Assistant Turned CNN Contributor
I’m sure you remember when the New York Times, the ‘paper of record’ () published a bombshell story which they claimed was written by a ‘senior’ Trump Administration official. The formerly respected ‘news’paper took a lot of heat for taking the completely irresponsible step of publishing such a salacious and divisive piece by an ‘anonymous source.’ We were told to trust the Times, they had verified the source.
Speculation raged about who it could be as almost everyone suspected, from the way the NYT described the source, that the author was a member of Trump’s cabinet. Some thought it was Tillerson, others suggested it was Niki Haley, many pointed to General Kelly. Over 30 people denied being the source. The author apparently tried to frame Pence for the article by including the word ‘lodestar‘, a scarcely used word that Vice President Pence is know to use more frequently than most.
In the article the author admits to what could be seen as treason or sabotaging the POTUS, bragging about:
‘The dilemma — which he does not fully grasp — is that many of the senior officials in his own administration are working diligently from within to frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.
I would know. I am one of them.
To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left.’
The whole thing turned out to be a huge lie, the kid was the head assistant to the DHS secretary and now is a CNN contributor who has endorsed Joe Biden … totally not part of the left
The nonsense continued ‘That is why many Trump appointees have vowed to do what we can to preserve our democratic institutions while thwarting Mr. Trump’s more misguided impulses until he is out of office,’ the current CNN employee wrote. This appears to be a flat out lie. Saying ‘do what we can’ implies that he was appointed by Trump. This is not the case and the NYT knew it when they published this sorry attempt to undermine the United States government.
Furthermore, ‘thwarting’ the president’s impulses is now the job of the assistant of an appointed official. Trump is right, the author needs to face the music for his lies and attempts to undermine the government.
Trump knew the report was BS out of the box, tweeting: ‘Does the so-called ‘Senior Administration Official’ really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source?” “If the GUTLESS anonymous person does indeed exist, the Times must, for National Security purposes, turn him/her over to government at once!”
Breitbart exposed the unbelievable destruction of what is left of the New York Time’s credibility:
‘Miles Taylor, chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security under Kirstjen Nielsen, revealed Wednesday that he was the anonymous “senior” White House official who authored a critical op-ed of President Donald Trump.
The 2018 op-ed published by the New York Times described President Trump as “impetuous, adversarial, petty and ineffective” and said that he was just one of many officials in the administration working against the president.
Taylor revealed his identity to prominent media outlets on Wednesday afternoon, despite denying he was responsible for the op-ed in previous interviews.
Taylor was chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security under Kirstjen Nielsen and resigned from the administration and took a job with Google before taking leave to publicly endorse former Vice President Joe Biden for president and campaign against Trump. He was also signed as a CNN contributor earlier this fall
“I wear a mask for two things, Anderson: Halloween and pandemics. So, no,” says @MilesTaylorUSA, when asked by @AndersonCooper if he is the author of the op-ed book written by someone called Anonymous. pic.twitter.com/sPjs4OoAnp

Taylor had very little access to the president, but the Times described him as a “senior” official at the time of the op-ed’s publishing.
The Times defended running the anonymous op-ed, noting that it “adds significant value to the public’s understanding of what is going on in the Trump administration from someone who is in a position to know.”
If it is not clear to you now that the left will do anything and everything they can to get complete and total control over the country, I do not know what to tell you. Furthermore, if you are not terrified of the prospect of these unscrupulous people at the helm …
