Florida and Texas Pull National Guard Home After Allegations of Bad Treatment in DC, Where is Joe?
On a freezing night, while Democrat Joe Biden was sleeping on Thursday, there was an uproar by the American people when they heard that up to 5,000 men and women were removed from a warm place to rest and told to stay in the basement parking garage level of the same building, without heat, without access to food and made for sharing one bathroom.
A few Democrats attempted to go into “Cover Your Backside” mode and started to float stories on their Grassroots marketing Platforms that it was no-big-deal. However, those lame attempts did not affect a number of the troops:
An incensed National Guard soldier in the parking garage tells me he doesn’t want to go back inside the Capitol at this point. He says, “We’ll set up our rest area on the grounds on the grass in full view of the public.” https://t.co/gGbao3YYiA

Two Governors recalled their National Gaurd Troops, citing abuse by the Democrats as a reason to bring them home.
Every Governor should do this tonight. The current Commander-in-Chief has insulted these Guardsmen’s patriotism with his despicable social media vetting and now refuses to house and feed them tonight. https://t.co/Y2c6HlkCLH

Greg Abbot of Texas was the first to move into action. Ron DeSantis was the second to call his men and women back home, citing Nancy Pelosi:
Last night, I ordered our Adjutant General to bring Florida National Guard soldiers home from the National Capital Region.

.@GovRonDeSantis says he ordered the National Guard to come home from the U.S. Capitol because “they’re not Nancy Pelosi’s servants” and “this is a half-cocked mission at this point and I think the appropriate thing is to bring them home.”

President Donald Trump sent a message late Thursday night amid the outrage that it was “disgusting” that the troops were being mistreated in the way they were. OANN reporter Jack Posebic reported that Trump had offered up his hotel down the street from the US Capitol, a four-star hotel, to use the Guard.
Numerous Republican lawmakers offered up their office space and offered to feed the men and women in the area to protect the US Capitol area for the Democrats, who said they were in fear for their lives.
Rep. Cawthorn took Pizza and talked to the men and women about being sent to the basement:
“Two nights ago, my wife and I prepared chili for over 100 National Guard and Capitol Police. Tonight our troops have been relegated to the gutter of The People’s House… I am sickened,” Cawthorn posted.
“They kicked you out? ” Cawthorn said. “Yes, Sir,” said the National Gaurd member.
After reading Tweets that Pelosi had ordered the National Guard out of Federal buildings Rep. Cawthorn (NC) brought pizza to the parking garages where they’ve been sent and offered his office as temporary barracks. #patriot pic.twitter.com/olmRJ3LOQK

Republican Elise Stefanik posted: “Every member of Congress should be appalled by this despicable treatment of the men and women of the National Guard, who answered the call to protect our nation’s capital. Speaker Pelosi is in charge of the Capitol complex. She must provide answers immediately.”
Rep. Tammy Duckworth wrote, “Unreal. I can’t believe that the same brave service members we’ve been asking to protect our Capitol and our Constitution these last two weeks would be unceremoniously ordered to vacate the building. I am demanding answers ASAP. They can use my office.”
To any members of the National Guard protecting our Capitol — if you need a warm place to rest and recharge, my office is open to you.
Mi casa es su casa. Beer & lunch meat are in the fridge, help yourself.

Immediately Republicans jumped into action to serve our military members.
Rep. Jody Hice posted, “COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I happily volunteer my DC office for the National Guard to bunk. It‘s not big, but we’ve got Southern hospitality. The Guard deserves better accommodations & sanitary/safe conditions. Not to mention phone chargers to call family!”
.“@USNationalGuardYou’re more than welcome to stay in my office – Cannon 417 – if you need snacks, coffee, or a place to rest. If you need the surrounding offices or hallway, we’ll work on that too. Give us a call. Thank you for keeping us safe,” Nicole Malliotakis.
Many Americans were outraged and made the story trending on social media, yet Biden had no reaction, who had experienced a disastrous first day in office.
They literally asked the national guard to protect the capital and when the inauguration was over they asked the soldiers to stay in a Senate parking garage. I’m absolutely sick and disgusted by this. Kicked to the curb like stray dogs.

This story will be developing for a very long time.
