Don Lemon’s Sour Grapes Over Candidate Tom Norton, Indicates He Will Win

If you want to know who stands an excellent chance of winning their 2022 Congressional seat against one of the 10 Republicans who voted to impeach President Donald J. Trump in January 2020, look no further than the grimacing leftist media who are on the attack.

“I am going to primary Peter Meijer in Michigan because even he knows he ruined his career voting for an unconstitutional impeachment against President Trump,” Tom Norton, an Afghanistan Veteran said about his challenge to Meijer.

Meijer, a freshman in office- seated for just one month, must have friends in high places because now CNN is coming for Norton.  Even the sound of Norton’s name makes the leftist media look like they ate sour grapes; they are so miserable with Norton’s candidacy.

That makes me think he has a good chance of winning.

“Know why those people showed up in DC to protest and ended up rioting? Because for 30 years, the establishment shipped our jobs overseas, and they took away people’s American dreams. They had stagnant wages.  And then along came Trump’s policies.  Fair trade that increased wages for the middle class, a Border Wall to secure the country,” Norton said in a campaign ad, which is enough right there to make CNN scream in horror.

CNN is attack media.  Ask yourself why Lemon would bother himself with Norton, over a Twitter post?

Pouty Don Lemon from CNN got triggered by Norton just last week and went public with it.  On his evening show, Lemon squirmed in his seat and made a menacing face when talking about one of Norton’s Twitter posts.  Lemon whined about the negative attitude people have in general for the left’s cancel culture. And then he pulled out Norton’s post.

“Don’t you believe in the Okie Doke,” Lemon told his audience about Norton’s Twitter post. “Don’t think that people really care about Dr. Seuss or Mr. Potato head, because they don’t.  They care about COVID,” Lemon whined and showed a post by Norton, in an attempt to discredit him or make him look irrelevant.

Check out Norton’s timeline; he often pokes at the far left; he is a fighter and appears unafraid of the blowback by the left media. Lemon will have a lot to pout about over the next year and a half watching Norton.

Norton ran for the same seat in 2020 and had spent months focused on Justin Amash, an outspoken Never Trumper who was determined to impeach Trump.  Norton and Meijer are friends, but Norton says he is determined to beat Meijer over the lack of support of Trump’s policies, which Norton says are his own.

Here is a recent campaign ad Norton made taking Meijer to task:

“I am going to primary Peter Meijer because he betrayed our trust, and the Constitution, and he doesn’t know how to live the American dream. He betrayed our trust after spending 2.2 Million dollars to convince us that he stood for Trump’s policies and then voted for impeachment after launching an entire campaign to support Trump.  Kind of hypocritical if you ask me. Plus, the violation of the Constitution.  The Constitution talks about Due process of law; the first 10 amendments are dedicated to citizens’ rights that are the due process. You can not vote for impeachment 72 hours after introduction to passage without having an actual process in place,” Norton said.  Watch the full ad below.

Michigan’s primary is Primary Election June 23, 2022.
